Platform Product Operations Lead - Payward Services

📋 Description

• Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified
• Gate go-lives against regulatory and operational requirements; build scalable operations for rapid
• Drive cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and
• Oversee day-to-day operations for US regulated entities, licensing maintenance, risk and incident
• Lead US licensing workstreams (state money transmitter licenses incl. NMLS, state lending licenses)
• Interface with regulators and examiners; manage information requests and supervisory follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years experience from strategy consulting plus in-house operational execution.
• Experience in scaling fintech/bank/crypto with roles like special projects, chief of staff
• Experience running or supporting B2B/B2B2C platforms and shared infrastructure, APIs
• Strong product fluency; able to dive into product mechanics and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with US regulated financial landscape and supervision/examination processes.
• Experience setting up or operating compliance programs (KYC/KYB onboarding).
