Platform support to maintain and improve core platform and products
Primary contact for platform‑related support queries and incidents
Monitor system health in a cloud-based AWS environment and assist with deployments and integrations
Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and reliability
Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and third‑party providers
Influence support processes and operational best practices

🎯 Requirements

Experience in a Platform support role and knowledge of the system life cycle
AWS Skillset (EKS, EC2, RDS etc)
Excellent IT skills
Team player with a desire to make an impact
A willingness to learn new skills and technologies
Strong administrative and organisational skills
