📋 Description

  • Assess failure modes of semi-automated/ automated test equipment
  • On-site preventive maintenance and calibration coordination
  • Coordinate calibration with outside services
  • On-site PM and calibration reporting
  • Manage asset numbers and tooling fixtures
  • Replicate fixture/tooling lists and maintain PMC docs

🎯 Requirements

  • Proficient in SAP PMC module
  • Experience troubleshooting equipment, fixtures, tooling
  • Understanding of QC, Inspection, Metrology, GMP
  • Product development lifecycle familiarity (prototype to transfer)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience with measurement tools (dial calipers, micrometers, force gauges, Instron)
