📋 Description

  • Define proactive KPI proposals to show improvement or capture deviation
  • Prepare and maintain project docs, reports, and Azure DevOps dashboards
  • Drive implementation of IT processes within the program
  • Coach and mentor project teams to adopt IT processes
  • Coordinate scheduling, agenda, and minutes for PMO sessions
  • Monitor progress and support effective delivery with PM tools

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-8 years IT experience; 1-3 years PM/PMO
  • Practical Agile and Scrum knowledge
  • Experience with large Scrum teams a plus
  • Knowledge of defining and tracking KPIs
  • Ability to create/modify processes, templates, guidelines
  • MS Office, Power BI; experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint Online
