🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, customer support, or related roles.
• Experience in life insurance or related industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent support/help desk software.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and prioritization.
• Excellent written and phone communications; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
