Policy Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze laws and regulations in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
• Translate legal interpretations into policy and implementation requirements.
• Draft and update Certificate Policies and Certification Practice Statements.
• Identify changes and affected policies, systems, and controls.
• Support policy changes across teams to keep alignment and progress.
• Communicate complex policy conclusions clearly to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in law, public policy, compliance, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2+ years in policy analysis, compliance, regulatory analysis, or related area.
• Strong ability to interpret complex requirements and draft clear docs.
• Experience coordinating work across technical and nontechnical teams.
• Analytical skills to parse legal, regulatory, technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
