📋 Description

• The Portfolio Leader owns the commercial performance of Benchling's services portfolio across EMEA.
• Focus on Strategic and SMB segments; spans bespoke, packaged, and partner delivery.
• Senior individual contributor; owns commercial motion, delivery frameworks, partner program, and
• Accountable for EMEA services bookings and delivery health across engagements.
• Own scoping-to-delivery pipeline and governance for SOWs and pricing.
• Oversee packaged/standardized services and partner governance to scale capacity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in Professional Services or Delivery; senior IC or player-coach.
• Commercial fluency: bookings, revenue, margin, scoping, forecasting.
• Influence and persuasion; drive results beyond direct reports.
• Scale focus: packaged services plus custom engagements.
• Partner management: govern third-party implementation partners.
• EMEA context: experience across markets/time zones; multilingual a plus.
