Portfolio Manager - SAP ERP & Finance Platforms

📋 Description

• Lead and govern a portfolio of SAP/ERP/Finance initiatives across global regions.
• Define portfolio strategies, roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and value targets.
• Establish governance, monitor performance, risks, and reporting to executives.
• Manage multiple SAP/ERP programs from planning through deployment and transition.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors.
• Partner with Finance/Procurement/SC/IT to prioritize initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Finance/BA or related field.
• 12+ years IT/Digital Transformation experience, incl. 5+ years managing enterprise portfolios or
• 5+ years of experience leading global ERP implementations and digital transformation.
• 5+ years in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences regulated environments.
• Strong expertise with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
