Portfolio Project Manager, R&D Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Lead stage gate lifecycle from initiation to launch for Allergan Aesthetics projects
• Drive cross-functional teams with R&D, Operations, and Commercial
• Manage milestones, budget, and risk to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate milestones/status to leadership with mitigation strategies
• Oversee COGs estimates and expense reporting including budgeting vs. forecast
• Provide decision analysis and governance for product development and project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years multi-functional experience in Supply chain, QA, R&D, Finance, Regulatory
• Demonstrated experience applying project management practices
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity in a dynamic environment
• Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred; PMP certification desirable
