🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness or related advisory roles.
• Experienced advising executive leadership teams and boards, ideally in nonprofit or mission-driven
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex engagements with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, employee
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, relationship management, analytical, and project
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to diagnose challenges and recommend practical
