Power BI Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with program teams and executives to gather reporting needs and translate into dashboards
• Compile, integrate, clean, and analyze large multi-system datasets for portfolio reporting.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for cost, schedule, quality, risks, and
• Develop data transformation logic using Power Query, SQL, Excel, and related tools.
• Build and optimize data models, measures, KPIs, and calculations with DAX.
• Configure data refreshes in Power BI Service and other environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include CS, Engineering, Data Science, OR/Industrial
• 3–5+ years experience; 5–7+ years preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar BI platforms.
• Experience developing dashboards and balanced scorecards to support decisions.
• Strong data cleaning, transformation, and integration across multiple sources.
• Experience with SQL and data workflows; data modeling skills.
