POWER INTEGRITY ENGINEERING MANAGER

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed Power Integrity engineering team across the
• Scale global Power Integrity capabilities and expand lab capacity.
• Manage lab processes and capacity for data center performance.
• Guide engineers in power conversion and delivery for large-scale compute infra.
• Oversee simulation and testing of PD products (800+V, 20kA rack).
• Review models, develop plans, and oversee comprehensive simulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Eng, Physics, or related field, or equivalent.
• ~10 years electrical eng exp, 5+ yrs power conversion/dist, ~5 yrs global leadership.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Experience managing global customer requirements and VOC insights.
• Strong Power Integrity and Signal Integrity expertise; lab validation.
• Experience with SPICE, Allegro, PowerDC, Ansys Q3D.
