📋 Description

• Open to LATAM, Africa, Eastern Europe; work US hours.
• Fully remote; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
• Plan, configure, and launch Google Ads across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Manage budgets, bidding, and account structure to maximize ROI.
• Implement and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager and advertising pixels.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years managing PPC campaigns with Google Ads.
• Hands-on with Google Ads Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Experience implementing tracking with Google Tag Manager and pixels.
• Experience using GA4 to evaluate campaign performance.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Meta Ads; Shopify landing page optimization a plus.
