• Strong understanding of SERM and online reputation-management practices.
• Good knowledge of SEO principles and creating content that supports organic search visibility.
• Experience developing PR campaigns and external communications with measurable outcomes.
• Strong project-management and coordination skills across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
