• Develop creative PR campaigns from concept to measurement.

• Oversee user reviews to support positive brand perception.
• Coordinate external vendors and agencies for consistent delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in PR/external communications or related field.
• Excellent writing/editing skills for multiple audiences.
• Strong SERM and online reputation-management knowledge.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content for organic visibility.
• Experience with PR campaigns and measurable brand outcomes.
• Understanding of crisis and issues communications; strong plus.
