📋 Description

• Plan and execute PR and external comms initiatives to boost product reputation and brand awareness.
• Develop creative PR campaigns from concept to measurement.
• Manage online reputation via paid placements, SERM, branded search monitoring.
• Write/edit communications content: press materials, articles, thought leadership, exec comms.
• Oversee user reviews to support positive brand perception.
• Coordinate external vendors and agencies to deliver projects effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in PR/external communications or related field.
• Excellent writing/editing; adapt messaging for audiences/channels.
• Strong knowledge of SERM and online reputation management.
• Understanding of SEO principles and organic visibility content.
• Experience developing PR campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Basic crisis/issues communications knowledge; strong plus.
