📋 Description

• Plan and execute PR and external communications to strengthen product reputation and brand
• Develop creative PR campaigns from concept to measurement, potentially viral.
• Manage online reputation via paid placements, SERM, and branded search monitoring.
• Write/edit communications content: press materials, SEO content, thought leadership, exec
• Oversee user reviews and coordinate with vendors/agencies to ensure consistent delivery.
• Support C-level executives’ public profiles and coordinate external engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in PR, external/ corporate communications, or related field.
• Excellent writing/editing; adapt messaging for audiences/channels.
• Strong understanding of SERM and online reputation management.
• Knowledge of SEO principles to support organic visibility.
• Experience developing PR campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Crisis/issues communications experience; strong project management and cross-functional
