📋 Description

• Shape and strengthen public reputation of a global portfolio of digital products.
• Develop compelling PR initiatives, thought leadership, and reputation-management strategies.
• Lead online reputation management, including SERM and branded search monitoring.
• Write and edit press materials, articles, and executive communications.
• Oversee user reviews and manage external vendors and agencies.
• Support C-level public profiles and media opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in PR, external communications, or reputation management.
• Excellent writing/editing with audience-specific messaging.
• Strong knowledge of SERM and online reputation practices.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content for organic visibility.
• Experience with PR campaigns and measurable outcomes.
• Basic crisis/issues communications experience is a plus.
