Practice Development Manager, Ontario East - 12 Month Contract

📋 Description

• Drive growth and training for CoolSculpting and body contouring across your territory.
• Promote capital equipment and consumables; achieve sales and utilization quotas.
• Provide training, presentations, and demonstrations on product use and indications.
• Educate customers on safety, indications, and alignment with customer needs.
• Support marketing strategies, website and microsite development, patient segmentation.
• Coordinate regional training, workshops, and tradeshows; manage pre-planning of sales calls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (completed) or higher required.
• 2-4 years selling medical products or capital equipment to healthcare providers preferred.
• Direct customer experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred.
• Excellent communication in English; French language skills are an asset.
• High accountability, reliability, and travel up to 70% to cover the region.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
