📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Americas Professional Services team (US, Canada, LATAM).
• Own key performance metrics: bookings, revenue, utilization, customer satisfaction, operations.
• Oversee Engagement, Delivery, and Technical Services Managers for delivery quality and talent
• Balance customer value with team cost and revenue growth in a SaaS, AI-enabled landscape.
• Drive delivery excellence through modern methodologies and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and key engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling and delivering professional services for a SaaS company.
• 5+ years leading a professional services team (Engagement/Delivery/Tech resources).
• Proven ability to coach sellers on portfolio management and expansion strategies.
• Experience coaching project managers in Agile/Scrum for predictable revenue recognition.
• P&L ownership experience for a services organization.
• Proven track record driving software expansions via professional services leadership.
