📋 Description

• Own delivery of all professional services across the Americas
• Drive scalable delivery models with quality outcomes
• Partner with Sales to align services strategy and bookings
• Lead co-delivery with strategic partners and onboarding
• Develop talent and leadership within the PS team
• Lead participation in global programs for delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Professional Services; 5+ in senior leadership
• Proven ability to build sales partnerships and drive PS revenue
• Experience with partner ecosystems and co-delivery models
• Track record improving margin, utilization, and CSAT
• IAM/cybersecurity/cloud platforms exp; strong exec stakeholder mgmt
• Travel within the Americas up to 30%
