🎯 Requirements

4-6 years of medical practice management experience (or equivalent).
3 years of experience with EHR in clinical/practice management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
Ability to travel up to 10% annually for team activities/practice support.
