Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Agile projects from inception through completion for CPE
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
Coach cross-functional teams in Scrum, Kanban, Lean; foster continuous improvement
Manage stakeholder relationships across Government and contractors; translate mission requirements
Drive Agile transformation at scale for DoD simulation and training programs
Monitor program health with Agile metrics; identify risks and implement corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance
Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management
Proven experience leading at least 3 Agile projects from inception to completion
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in complex program environments
Track record delivering rapid iteration projects (software, systems integration, or product
Experience scaling Agile practices and transformations
