Lead training development and instructor readiness for PdM RGCS CLS at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.
Develop and maintain training products (POI, Instructor Lesson Plans, Student Guides).
Prepare and certify instructors for Operator (OPNET) and Field-Level Maintainer (FLMNET) training.
Coordinate fielding and NET events with gaining units and support field deployments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Secret security clearance (must maintain).
8+ years in maintenance and training of fielded military equipment.
At least 2 years as a certified military equipment instructor (FIFC, ABIC, ITC or equivalent).
Experience with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and ADDIE process.
Proficiency in inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems.
Strong ability to teach, coach, and mentor instructors; excellent organizational/communication
