Pre- & Post-Sales Customer Engineer, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Directors to understand customer pain, goals, and tech needs.
• Deliver demos, define success criteria, guide installation, and run workshops.
• Lead discovery across product stacks and goals; own onboarding for modules.
• Troubleshoot integrations and API, data models, and front-end config.
• Monitor usage signals, address adoption gaps, and measure ROI.
• Identify expansion paths and provide deployment plans with business rationale.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales/solutions eng, TAM, or implementation).
• Hands-on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs; able to inspect and troubleshoot front-end.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to tech and non-technical audiences.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate workflows.
• Operate effectively in a pod model; lead or partner with Account Directors.
