🎯 Requirements

5 to 7 years of textile design or pre-production experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design or related field
Expert level Adobe Photoshop; strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
Experience with layered files (overlays, textures, distressing)
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
