Pre-Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Promote product solutions to meet customer needs and key accounts.
• Analyze customer needs with the sales team and support proposals.
• Develop system architecture, BOM, and compliance documents.
• Support POC deployments, testing, and enterprise deployments as required.
• Deliver technical training, seminars, and webinars for distributors.
• Build lasting partnerships with distributors and installers, aligning with regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in alarm, video surveillance, access control, or home automation.
• Excellent knowledge of intrusion detection and IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience designing/installing security systems (video, fire, intrusion, etc.).
• Public speaking experience (advantage).
• Strong communication and English skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel for business.
