Pre-Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Support the consultative sales process as a technical and application expert.
• Analyze customer processes, production requirements, and outcomes to tailor solutions.
• Prepare technical specs, solution designs, performance analyses, quotations, and docs.
• Design and evaluate processing systems and integrated solutions (including third-party equipment).
• Conduct product demos, field trials, testing, validation, and performance optimization.
• Provide guidance on equipment configuration and application performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, or related industries.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Experience supporting customers through sales, service, or technical roles.
• Ability to analyze operational data and recommend technical solutions.
• Experience with system design, process evaluation, and equipment integration.
