Pre-Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Assist in customer meetings with the BD manager.
• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, and webinars.
• Present new products and features to distributors and installers.
• Teach distributors' technical staff to deepen product knowledge.
• Promote product solutions per customer needs and consultative support.
• Beta test features and write documentation for new products.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of intrusion systems, CCTV, fire detection, access control.
• Experience in installation/design of video surveillance or security systems.
• Languages: English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Public speaking experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
