📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance to partners across cooperation
• Design, validate, and implement solutions for customer needs
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Support, QA, BA, and Product teams
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, seminars, webinars, and trainings
• Build long-term relationships as trusted technical advisor
• Participate in beta testing and provide expert feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background in alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, security, IT, or telecommunications
• Working knowledge of engineering fundamentals and electronics, components and circuits
• Languages: English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex technical concepts
• Experience delivering presentations, webinars, and trainings to varied audiences
• Ability to learn new technical information quickly and adapt
