Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Design scalable, performant apps and infrastructure using MongoDB.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization for MongoDB.
• Partner with sales on account success; own technical discovery, demos, and sizing.
• Generate demand through technical initiatives and events in the sales region.
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success.
• Mentor team members and relay field feedback to product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience; 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Python, Node.js, SQL and/or languages such as Java, C#.
• Experience implementing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and advise improvements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for leadership audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional proficiency in English.
