  • Own technical responses for RFPs, security reviews, and due diligence.
  • Surface and resolve technical concerns to accelerate deals.
  • Post-signoff handoff with PRDs and handoff docs for implementation.

  • 3โ€“6 years in customer-facing technical roles (SaaS/healthcare).
  • Experience leading technical and workflow discovery sessions.
  • Travel ~25โ€“50% for onsite engagements.
  • Working knowledge of EHR/EMR standards: HL7, FHIR, REST APIs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting sales cycles with healthcare providers or EMR vendors.
