Preconstruction Manager

📋 Description

• Owner-side lead for preconstruction of Fleet data center campuses from concept to NTP.
• Own end-to-end scope including design management, estimating, procurement strategy, and buyout.
• Site-assigned role with full campus scope for 400MW campuses.
• Collaborate with in-house design/engineering, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and construction teams.
• Coordinate with utilities and commissioning for energization and handoff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field OR equivalent
• 10+ years in preconstrucing, estimating, or delivery on large-scale projects; CSA and MEP/power
• Proven ability to run full-scope preconstruction including estimating, procurement strategy
• Strong constructability, value engineering, cost benchmarking, and long-lead equipment knowledge.
• Proficiency with Procore or equivalent estimating/document tools and MS Office.
