📋 Description

Owner-side, end-to-end preconstruction for a Fleet data center campus (design mgmt, estimating
Site-assigned role overseeing civil/structural/architectural, MEP, power, and BESS considerations
Collaborates with in-house design/engineering, real estate, Supply Chain, commissioning, utility
Two managers jointly handle a 400MW campus scope; assignments may flex by campus and portfolio

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent
10+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or delivery on large-scale projects; CSA and MEP/power
Proven ability to independently run full-scope preconstruction (estimating, procurement strategy
Strong constructability, value engineering, cost benchmarking, and long-lead equipment knowledge.
Proficiency with estimating tools, Procore (or equivalent), and MS Office.
