Presales Solution Consultant - Platform, Data & AI

📋 Description

• Act as technical and solution expert partnering with Solution Sales Executives
• Architect and deliver advanced AI and Data solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Translate complex architectures into measurable business value for enterprise customers
• Shape AI, Custom Application and Data strategies with customers
• Lead discovery sessions with C-suite stakeholders to align platform capabilities with
• Present at executive briefings and industry events to communicate data/AI value

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in presales solution consulting, technical architecture, or solution delivery in AI, Data
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate tech into business outcomes
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and Vector Databases; familiarity with data
• Skilled in architectural and value-based discussions on advanced analytics and/or AI
• Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders (CDOs, CIOs, Chief AI Officers)
• Knowledge of business process automation and API management; experience embedding AI into workflows
