🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Have a passion for working with young children.
• Bring a positive, patient, and supportive approach to interactions with children and families.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team and adapt to a fast-paced classroom environment.
• Must be open to learning, feedback, and growth; available to meet state licensing and compliance
• Basic understanding of classroom procedures and willingness to learn state licensing and compliance
