• 60-minute intake and follow-up med management
• Perform risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and manage meds
• Follow evidence-based guidelines and measurement-based care

🎯 Requirements

• PMHNP or PA with psychiatry training/certification
• Unrestricted state license
• At least 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Preference for minors experience
• Office space to see clients in Allentown
• Wide range of diagnoses; in-person options preferred
• Full-time US resident
