Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - 1099 Contractor

📋 Description

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and follow-ups
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and follow-up treatment
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, message patients, and manage meds
• Evidence-based medication treatment per guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care, patient-centered care)

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or ARC-PA PA program with PANCE
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Certification or experience with minors preferred
• Must have office space to see clients in Middletown
• Ability to provide care across diagnoses with in-person options
• Full-time resident of the United States
