📋 Description

• Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up mental health meds management
• Perform risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations
• Create patient-centered treatment plans; document recommendations; communicate with patients
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications
• Follow evidence-based guidelines (measurement-based care, patient-centered care)

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate PMHNP (CCNE) or PA (ARC-PA) with PANCE; psych certs preferred
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Additional certification/experience with minors preferred
• Office space with ability to see clients in Allentown
• Able to treat diverse diagnoses with in-person options
• Full-time US resident
