📋 Description

• Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up mental health medication management
• Perform mental health risk assessments and psych med evaluations
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans; document recommendations; manage meds
• Follow evidence-based guidelines (measurement-based care, patient-centered, safety)

🎯 Requirements

• PMHNP (CCNE) or PA (ARC-PA) with psych certifications
• Unrestricted state license
• 2+ years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Minor patients experience preferred
• Must have Townsend office space with in-person options
• US resident, full-time
