Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

📋 Description

• Provide mental health medication management via intake and follow-ups
• Conduct risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and longitudinal treatment
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and prescribe/manage meds
• Follow evidence-based guidelines focused on safety and outcomes
• Support care for patients ages 0-17 and adults in-person

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate PMHNP (CCNE) or PA with PANCE; psychiatry certs/certifications preferred
• Unrestricted state license without disciplinary action
• At least 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Preference for minors (0-17) experience and in-person option
• Must have office space in Unadilla, NY to see clients
