📋 Description

• Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up visits for mental health med management
• Perform risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and longitudinal med treatment
• Create patient-centered treatment plans; document recommendations, message patients, and manage meds
• Deliver safe, evidence-based medication care per guidelines (measurement-based care, patient-centered)

🎯 Requirements

• PMHNP (CCNE) or PA (ARC-PA) with psychiatry certs or related fellowship
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred; minors experience preferred
• Must have office space to see clients in Sewell/Washington Township area
• Full-time resident of the United States
