📋 Description

• Conduct 60-min intake and follow-ups for psychiatric medication management
• Perform risk assessments, med evaluations, and longitudinal treatment
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans; document and communicate care
• Adhere to best-practice guidelines for safe, evidence-based meds
• Collaborate with Lyra team to coordinate in-person care in York

🎯 Requirements

• PMHNP (CCNE) or PA (ARC-PA) with PANCE; psych certs preferred
• Unrestricted state license
• 2+ years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Must have York office space to see clients
• In-person care with diverse diagnoses preferred
