🎯 Requirements

PMHNP (CCNE) or ARC-PA PA with PANCE; psychiatry certs preferred
Unrestricted state license
Minimum 2 years in practice
Active DEA license preferred
Minor certification/experience preferred
Must have Lebanon office space and reside in US
