Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

📋 Description

• Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up medication management
• Perform mental health risk assessments and med evaluations
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and manage meds
• Apply evidence-based guidelines to maximize benefit and minimize risks

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or ARC-PA PA program with PANCE
• Unrestricted state license
• A minimum of 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred for NPs/PAs
• Additional certification or clinical experience with minors preferred
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in Allentown
• Ability to provide care across diagnoses with in-person option preferred
• Full-time resident of the United States
