🎯 Requirements

PMHNP from CCNE or ARC-PA PA with PANCE; psych certs/fellowships
Unrestricted Oregon license
Minimum 2 years in practice
Active DEA license preferred
Minors certification/experience preferred
Full-time US resident; must have office space to see clients
