🎯 Requirements

PMHNP (CCNE) or PA (ARC-PA) with PANCE; preference for psych certs.
Unrestricted license in Kentucky.
Minimum 2 years in practice.
Active DEA license preferred.
Preference for child/minor psychiatry experience.
Must have office space to see clients; full-time US resident.
