Conduct risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and longitudinal meds
Create patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, message patients, manage meds
Deliver safe, evidence-based meds care per guidelines (measurement-based, patient-centered)

🎯 Requirements

Graduate PMHNP (CCNE) or PA (ARC-PA) with PANCE; psych certs preferred
Unrestricted Washington state license
Minimum 2 years in practice
Active DEA license preferred
Office space with ability to see clients
U.S. resident; full-time
