Conduct 60-minute intake for mental health med management

Develop patient-centered treatment plans and manage medications
Document care, message patients, and prescribe/manage meds
Follow evidence-based guidelines (measurement-based care, patient-centered care)

🎯 Requirements

Graduate PMHNP or PA program with psychiatry certs
Unrestricted Utah license
Minimum 2 years in practice
Active DEA license preferred
Preference for minors certification/experience
Must have office space to see clients
