• Experience leading 100+ employee organizations with $25M+ revenue responsibility.
• Background in BioPharma testing, CRO/CDMO environments, or contract lab services.
• Ability to implement AI, automation, and digital transformation in operations.
• Strong focus on talent development, succession planning, and culture building.
• Regulated environment experience (FDA, GMP, GLP, ICH) preferred.
